[ordlekar] is an artistic research project based on our previous projects [visklek], [ljudstråk] and [glasrörd]. The project explores how we can create situations that allow for collaborative storytelling on several platforms. The aim was to reflect in action upon processes, methods, and structures of participation and to create platforms that will allow people to participate in the creation of their own stories and at the same time, share their stories with others. One of the outcomes of [ordlekar] is stitching together.

To integrate theory and practice a seminar series was held in Växjö, Sweden during the fall 2006 and in Puebla and Mexico City, Mexico during the winter 2007.

[ordlekar] is a collaboration between Interactive Institute and Växjö University, partly funded by the Swedish Research Council.
